Great view & service but not 100% vegetarian. - Edit
We dropped in for drinks after a late morning beach walk. They were not serving meals at this time but on the drinks menu there was a snack section which included turkey. Therefore, this establishment is not 100% vegetarian. Service was good and we were happy with our drinks.

Yes, there is a vegetarian/vegan place to eat in Plakias. Food was amazing, cheap and plentiful.

Cons: Outside tables mean that people around smoke, Plastic straws are used (illegal in Greece), Slow service when busy
