No longer fully vegan - Edit
Cute space within Contact Theatre but definitely not fully vegan. They had a huge menu board with things like Red Lentil & Potato Stew, Sweet Potato & Butterbean Curry, and Sweet Potato Fritters but none of those were actually available when I was there at 1300/April 4, 2024. Only had a choice of a Jerk Sweet Potato Wrap or Curried Veg & Rice. Both, I was told, were fully vegan. They also were selling Jerk Chicken Wraps as the other option of 3 total (and yes, real meat… not plant based “chic*n”).

WARNING: they serve meat! - Edit
I went a couple months ago (my first time) and saw some "cheese sandwhiches", asked them if they were vegan and they said yes, 100% vegan. I asked about the sandwhiches, they they confirmed, even those.
Read moreSo this time when I was there and they said they had "jerk chicken" today, I thought nothing of it. Especially as their website clearly says "plant-based Caribbean food". They tell me it'll be about 10 minutes. 20-25 minutes later out comes some food with what looks suspiciously like half a chicken.
Ok, I've seen some good fake meat, maybe that's what this is, so I cut into it and ... hit bone! I double check the flesh and, yep it's chicken!😒So I ask them and they confirm it's actual chicken! 🤯

Food tastes amazing and is really reasonably priced. The menu is good enough for non-vegans to enjoy and experience.
Read morePros: The taste is insane thanks to Jamaican twist, Cheap. The quality far exceeds the price , Healthy. The juices are really healthy and cheap.
