Great muffins - Edit
Had been here when previous owner had place. Glad to say the recipe for muffins have not changed. Owner knows what’s vegan and what’s not. She also mentioned that she’s working on the muffin recipe to get a vegan sugar into the muffins, sense most sugar is not technically vegan.

I remember I asked the previous owner about the sugar and heard they used non-vegan white granulated. I'm happy to hear they might switch. I know Johnny Doughnuts did swap C&H for the brand Wholesome's organic sugar.
