No voy a un vegetariano para comer arrinconado.

Fui a comer solo y me pusieron apretado contra un cristal,en una barra de 40 cm. Tenía la sensación de ser una vaca en una granja de engorde.

Excellent value and service

I am very happy to have stumbled upon this place! Conveniently located near Maria Cristina (a massive commuter transit point & veg food desert), Arciris is the perfect place to stop for a quick, but filling bite to eat. They serve satisfyingly tasty breakfast and lunch menus for a mere 3 and 7-9,5€, respectively, and the best part is that you are served immediately after sitting down. It can be hard to eat well & vegan in a hurry, but Arciris makes it easy :)

The breakfast menu consists of a fresh-squeezed juice, a coffee or tea, and a small dish (I chose rice cakes with veggie paté, but they also serve things like avocado toast). The lunch menu includes 2 or 3 dishes plus water, coffee, bread and dessert. If you want to be extra prepared, you can check what fresh, homemade dishes they'll be serving on their facebook page every morning.

Their food is made in-house every day with fresh "whole food" ingredients, and they clearly label vegan, gluten-free, and vegan-and-gluten-free options (the restaurant is vegetarian). Dishes include soups and salads, bean dishes, crêpes, veggie burgers, pasta, middle eastern food, etc. Usually restaurants do best when they stick to a more limited range, but at Arciris they manage to pull off the variety. Also, the food is healthy! It's been a surprisingly pleasant experience to be served so quickly - my wait times have averaged about 60 seconds, even when the restaurant is full - with food that doesn't involve massive amounts of oil, preservatives, or both!

Finally, I can't understate how much I appreciate being able to eat so much good food so quickly for so little. As a person with a voracious appetite but a disproportionately small budget, Arciris' offering is much appreciated. The fact that the staff are super friendly and efficient is just the icing on the cake!

I highly recommend this place - in fact, I didn't even know it was possible to find a place like it.

Pros: Very affordable, Fast and excellent service, Delicious, healthy food

Cons: Not open at dinner time, Portions could be a bit larger , I personally enjoy more decadent desserts
