Awesome vegan dishes - Edit
Aomame vegan is a fully vegan restaurant, which offers a variety of meals. We had different starters and mains and everything was super tasty! Staff was friendly and service was super quick!

Fully vegan Asian fusion - Edit
Been here first since it‘s opening years back as a Ramen only spot, then during the lockdown when the menu was shortened and now since it has become fully vegan.
Read moreThere are a lot of tapas/starters options as well as main dishes (noodle/rice basis) and drinks (smoothies, cocktails,…).
The staff is very friendly, everything seems very fresh and tasty.

Das Menü ist klar unterteilt mit großem veganen Anteil. Haben für zwei Vorspeisen, zwei Hauptspeisen und Getränke ~35€ bezahlt. Sehr nette Einrichtung und Bedienung.

good ramen but better bring cash - Edit
I had the miso ramen (without egg) and the vegan gyoza. I actually wanted the miso udon, but they were out. I also missed steamed instead of fried dumplings on the menu.
Read moreToppings and noodles of the Ramen were pretty good - loves the consistency of the tofu and the addition of enoki mushrooms. Overall I would have preferred more flavour - mostly in the broth and the fried tofu. There were no condiments on the tables.
I was pretty annoyed with the payment. Their facebook page said they accept credit cards, but I was told right now card (including EC) payments were not possible and I would need to wait 30 minutes. I asked if I could go to a nearby ATM instead and then I was offered to pay via Paypal. So it worked out in the end, but maybe you're better off briging cash.
If you're south of the Elbe and have cash on hand this is a good option for Ramen, but in other cases Hamburg has better options.
