Great little spot - Edit
Stopped by this morning to try it out as I just moved back to the area.
Read moreGreat breakfast sandwiches with lots of house made ingredients including seitan sausage and mung bean egg. English muffins are made in house too I believe. We also got the lions mane nuggets and the people who like mushrooms in my party were thrilled. I never like mushrooms and even I liked them!
Drinks were great too. Prices are a little high, but high quality ingredients and hopefully well paid staff, as it's a co-op, make it well worth it.

Great meal! - Edit
We went on a day trip and came across this amazing spot! We loved the donuts (cinnamon sugar & lemon poppyseed) and their cinnamon rolls. Coffee was great and the entrees were filling! We will definitely return ☺️

Small Vegan Cafe - Edit
I've only tried the breakfast sandwiches and fried shiitake mushrooms but both are amazing. I think about the mushrooms all the time. And the donuts are delicious too! I highly recommend!

Good start, but needs improvement. - Edit
So we arrived an hour after opening, but they did not have any of their baked goods out until we were getting ready to leave and one of their baked goods was just put out. The sausage breakfast sandwich we had was delicious. The coffee was good.
Read moreThe place only had two tables, so it is small. It had a few chairs in a sitting area.
This place was situated on the corner within a local neighborhood. If I lived there, I would eat their and support their business and cause. I would just like to see better use of the room they have and spruce up the place a little. It looks a little dingy. Make sure to have those baked items out at opening- you lost sales because nothing was available when we were sitting there ordering.
Pros: the food was good, I like the location, Good concept/cause to support
Cons: Baked items not out in a timely fashion, The place needs some sprucing up, Make better use of the space.

Tasty Breakfast - Edit
Had breakfast here while visiting town - sandwiches were tasty and the sausage was flavorful and a medium amount of spicy. Not a fancy spot, was a good meal and there were friendly staff who had tips on other spots to check out while in town.

Awful. Zero stars. - Edit
This place is bad in every way a restaurant can possibly be bad. The bland, greasy, overpriced food is just barely worse than the poor service from staff who all seem annoyed at having to help you.
Read moreThe wait time was tediously LONG, which provided an ample opportunity to take in the atmosphere and decor, which reads like a green washed, flea market restaurant concept. Minimal effort was made here as the furniture is torturously uncomfortable while having all the charm of being found on a curb before trash collection.
Also, watching employees openly bickering with each other over who was going to “wash the trays” was unprofessional and off putting to say the least.
As I continued the excruciatingly long wait I checked out their Instagram and saw they are asking their customers to donate kitchen supplies. Is that why it’s taking so long? Was I supposed to bring my own spatulas?
Lest I forget to mention the mouse I saw scurrying along the wall, which was the clearest sign not to come back here again.
There’s V for Vegan. There’s GF for Gluten Free. There’s DF for Dairy Free. I think they’re missing a few. They should add TF for Taste Free and FG for Full of Grease, and RI for Rodent Infested.
To put it succinctly, licking hardened spray foam off of plexiglas would be more rewarding than eating any of the greasy duds on this menu.
Nobody should pay this much money to be sad.
