Good Food, be careful with the Banh Mi - Edit
I come here regularly and the food is always good. They have vegan pho and a vegan banh mi - but you must specify NO MAYO. They have an option when you order online to select “totally vegan” but that doesn’t take the mayo off unless you specifically ask for it. They do not have vegan mayo. Make sure you specify NO MAYO

We had delicious spring rolls and a very tasty vegan pho.
Read moreThe spring rolls were wrapped in a rice paper, very sturdy, served with a tasty peanut sauce. I'd get this every time!
The tofu in the pho was so good! Most people toss in some plain tofu to check a box (vegan or protein or both) but this tofu had flavor, texture, and balance with the pho really well.
The broth was so satisfying with its umami notes. Not too salty, loaded with just the right amount of veggies, and a modest ball of noodles.
Service was excellent and so was the outside seating. Can't wait to come back! Wish it would let me give it five stars.

Vegan Pho is the best I’ve ever had - Edit
Go here to have their vegan pho and their spring rolls. I’ve never had anything else because I’ve never had the desire to. They know what vegan/vegetarian is so if you go they can help you with the menu. Sadly the boba has no (good) vegan options. They need non dairy milk for sure!
