AnalytiChef is a gluten-free patisserie located inside the mall called Ege Perla. They have several vegan dessert options and non-dairy milk is available. It is possible to order whole cakes for celebrations (vegan options available) on their website. Delivery provided. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-10:00pm.

Cute gluten-free bakery with vegan options - Edit
The place is inside a mall and they have a cute little interior&display(check the photo!). I tried their cup (I guess it was called Venus, not sure tho) with turmeric flavor and thought such a creative and good idea. It was light, not so sweet&sugary is how I like my dessert and even though everything is expensive the the portions are big enough, so might be a good treat for yourselves.
Read morePlant based milk is available for coffees and they take orders in adv. They also have cakes, cookies and macaroons(not sure if vegan) to go.
Pros: Makes whole vegan cakes if ordered in advance, Some artisanal desserts
Cons: Expensive , A few vegan options/not whole vegan store
