More options please! - Edit
We came on Christmas Day 2023. Was told that all the noodles dishes at the noodles bar are not vegetarian because they use fish in it. The only option was the vegetarian curry with rice - it was quite delicious to be fair. Therefore options at this lounge are very limited - you may be better off trying the tantan ramen at the foodcourt instead.

Good options - Edit
I had the lotus and burdock curry from the vegetarian menu which was good. There are also other options like sandwiches, pastries and inari plus a salad bar which is perfect for veggie cravings. Had difficulty finding the lounge but it is down one escalator by gate 47.

well I never! - Edit
I love happy cow! I never would have found this place otherwise. In addition to the usual laid out good there's a to order noodle bar around the corner and they have a vegetarian menu that you have to ask for. Honestly not a classic but definitely a step up from airplane food so contextually I rated it highly

re-visiting a year later I found that I had to insist that there was a vegetarian menu before I was given it. So, do persist, there really is one and it says to ask a staff member on the noodle bar menu if vegetarian/halaal/allergies

Great pre-flight options - Edit
We were traveling biz class with Singapore, so were able to access a bunch of food in this ANA lounge before our long flight home. If you have an eligible ticket or get a day pass, I highly recommend! The two vegan curries were delicious and way tastier than the VGML food on our flight. I wish we had gotten a third to share! Make sure to ask at the noodle bar for the vegetarian menu, or else you might miss these options. I asked about the miso soup and was told it contains fish. We also really enjoyed the inari and the fancy beer dispenser. You can also enjoy a massage chair while you wait for your flight. Unfortunately, it looked like the sushi chef was only making fishy sushi while we were there, but it might be worth asking if they could do a veggie roll if you have lots of time (and speak more Japanese than I do!).
