Sehr lecker, sehr günstig - Edit
Die Nr. 34 war sehr lecker und vorallem eine gut stattmachende Portion. Nicht zu viel - nicht zu wenig. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und hat sich sehr über unseren Besuch gefreut :)

Bland and boring food - Edit
Although there are many vegan options, the curry I got was really disappointing. A bland and bleak taste, almost no salt or spices, with super small pieces of veggies, probably from some frozen pre-made product. For some reason the rice was put in a big puddle of curry in a soup bowl, so it eventually just turned into rice soup. The water said 1,80 € but then he changed it to 2,80 € when I was going to pay. You definitely should go somewhere else.

Sehr nettes Lokal, ein bisschen "Imbiss" Feeling kommt aber auf. Das macht jedoch nichts, da das Essen grundsätzlich immer vegan ist (es gibt nur Fleisch als extra Topping). Große Portionen und es schmeckt sehr lecker!

Apart from purely vegan restaurants - The way this place does it should be the standard: all dishes are vegan as default. Produce from animal suffering needs to be ordered explicitly.

All dishes are vegan and then you can add whatever protein you like. They had tofu or vegan “meat” to choose from. The prices were good and the portions were very big.

Lovely family run restaurant serving big portions of Asian comfort food. All meal options - rice and noodle dishes and soups - are vegan to start with and can be topped up with tofu (or meat...). I tried the huge noodle soup with turmeric base and was very satisfied with the flavours and the variety of veggies that it contained.

Alles Basis Gerichte sind vegan und man kann zusätzlich Toppings wie Fleisch,Tofu oder auch „Veganes Fleisch“ wählen. Ich habe bis jetzt immer nur ohne ein solches Topping bestellt und es war immer richtig richtig gut. Der Laden ist klein und man bekommt das Essen ziemlich schnell serviert. Die Schalen aus massivem Metall, in denen das Essen serviert wird, sind sehr dekorativ, aber auch sehr heiß, also aufpassen! :)

Super freundlicher Service, schnelle Essenszubereitung und geschmacklich alles tip-top!:) habe nun nahezu jedes Gericht probiert und es war alllles lecker! Die Gerichte sind grundsätzlich alle vegan, man kann Tofu hinzufügen (oder halt auch tierische Produkte). Ich bin jedes Mal rundum begeistert!

All basic dishes are vegan. You can then choose to add meat, fish, tofu or vegan meat (which, to be fair, is a bit overpriced, because it was just some dried-soaked soy stuff) or eat it as is. But it's a pretty awesome and inclusive concept we thought, would totally deserve 5 stars. Atmosphere was great too: When bringing up our food, the cook asked whether we were vegan and said that he was too :)

Jedes Gericht ist von Haus aus vegan und es werden verschiedene Toppings angeboten. Somit ist für jeden was dabei.
Das Essen hat einen super Geschmack und die Portionen sind groß. Leider. Habe ich meine Portion nicht aufessen können, da es einfach zu viel war.

The food is delicious! Every dish is vegan, you can add meat, fish or tofu extra. In my opinion it’s totally unfair that the app doesn’t allow to give this restaurant 5 stars, just because you can add fish or meat... anyways the food is delicious and it serves huge portions for a good price. When you order for a delivery the prices are a bit higher but the food is still good. Also I ordered extra tofu and it was SO MUCH for only 2,50... this is really worth the price!

At Ankhang Quan you can choose every single dish on the menu as everything is vegan (tofu, vegan meat and normal meat can be ordered as topping) which is unusual in a veg-friendly place. The owner is a vegan himself and intends to further gradually reduce the offer of meat. He is such a sweet guy! The food tastes excellent and the portion size of the main course is generous. The restaurant is absolutely recommendable and worth supporting.

They have added a lot of plants all over the place which makes it much more appealing to eat here, than some month ago when they opened the restaurant.

Best vietnamese restaurant in Dusseldorf - Edit
Never ate such a delicious vietnamese food in my life! Very fresh and large meals. The cook and owner is super friendly. The meals are prepared very fast and have fair prices. All dishes (except entries) come completely vegan and you can order tofu (or meat) extra. Great variety of spices and noodles are self made. Would give five stars if it was all vegan.

Yummy vegan noodles with tofu! - Edit
The menu was all vegan bases: rice dishes, noodle dishes, noodle soups, etc. With your choice of protein, tofu was the vegan option. Tofu is added for an extra 1,5 euros. You can also choose to only order the base dish, they all come with vegetables. Very nice food, big size, we ordered take away to eat at the hotel but the restaurant was also cozy and typical eastern/sushi style. I liked the place, staff was very friendly although English was a bit rough. Would recommend! Also got a vegan fortune cookie :)
