Great dinner and breakfast meals - Edit
Inishmaan only has one restaurant (which books fully very far in advance), one pub, and one b&b. If it weren't for Teresa, the owner of An Dun's meals, we would have had to survive solely on what we brought with us to the island.
Read moreI'd communicated with her beforehand, and she understood veganism and said they could do dinner and breakfast. Dinner was very nice. It was cold out, so the soup and hearty stew were perfect. We also had tapenade with bread, and a homemade chocolate mousse.
For breakfast, she had plant-based milk for coffee and tea, many jams, homemade muffin/scones (they were more like scones than muffins), potatoes, spinach, tomato, and stew.
