Healthy and fast

This is the first time I’ve gone to an AMT coffee shop. As it’s located in the hospital restrictions are in place to keep people safe free Covid. There is a gorgeous view of the open green square large windows facing onto it in the coffee shop. I was impressed by the amount of options available I opted for a Thai red curry by a company called soulful one pot. I also had a really lovely vegan coffee.

Next year they were open another AMT coffee shop In the hospital which will be 100% vegan located next to the Riverside Lounge and it will be opening in January 2022.
