Really good vegan pizza! - Edit
I really liked their vegan cashew cheese even though it didn't actually taste like regular cheese but it gave the pizza such a nice flavor. They also have some vegan sides but I have to say, everything there is kinda expensive. But it's definitely worth a visit and you can taste the quality of the products!

This is my favorite place for vegan pizza in ATL. They make the cheese in-house, plus they have vegan salads & desserts. Try the vegan tartufo pizza!!

Best Vegan Pizza - Edit
We ordered the vegan Caeser salad and the vegan Margherita pizza. The pizza was amazing! However, the salad was just leaves and sauce with nothing else typical of a Caeser salad. The salad cost $10, so it was very disappointing. The vibe in here was interesting, very low-lit, but nice

Ammazza has the best vegan pizza I have ever tried. I ended up getting the Sottacetto and it was great. I wish I could give the restaurant 5 stars but HappyCow won’t let me 😅

Excellent vegan pizza but a bit expensive - Edit
I had the vegan pizza with artichokes, mushrooms and olives and it was super tasty! The dough was excellent, soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. I also liked the house-made cashew cheese which did not try to imitate dairy cheese but had its own distinct flavor and texture.
Read moreThe pizzas are pretty expensive though. If you're not too hungry, two people sharing one pizza is fine though.

I love Ammazza sooo much. It's my favorite pizza place. The white mushroom pizza is a must-try! Their salads are also really good. I wasn't much of a fan of the vegan cheesecake though. #Veganuary

AMAZING PIZZA HEAVEN - Edit
I’ve been very meh of vegan pizza because the cheese can get too gloopy, or the toppings aren’t cooked enough. NOT HERE. Ammazza is complete perfection. Get the Picante pizza, Caesar salad, and cheesecake. They have a whole vegan menu!!

Vegan tartufo - Edit
If you haven't had the vegan tartufo pizza from Ammazza then you haven't truly lived. Seriously its that good. When I was a vegetarian I used to order a non vegan tartufo and trust me when I say its wayyy better with the cashew cheese. I want to try other vegan pizzas from Ammazza but can never force myself to not order the tartufo.

5 stars - Edit
Would give this place 5 stars if I could! We were in Atlanta for 3 days and stopped here for lunch while in the area. They had an entire side of their menu that was vegan options! The pizza was so good (and unique, with their special housemade cashew "cheese" - rather like a sauce, but very flavorful) we stopped again for dinner the next day. The tartufo pizza is amazing if you like mushrooms - we got it twice. Nice atmosphere, clean and modern space, friendly service. A little pricey but we felt it was definitely worth it. We will definitely come back next time we're in Atlanta!

what i love about here is their conscious approach towards the quality of food they serve. Mostly everything is organic and local.

I took my dad here, whom is anti-vegan anything just because, and he didnt order his own pizza and instead decided to "try" mine. He ended up eating more than me! He loved it but wouldnt admit it but I could tell by how many slices he ate.
When I go, I usually order one of each of the vegan pizzas for my family. Its a great occasional treat.
Pros: Vegan pizzas, local ingredients, Their cashew cheese is perfect
Cons: a bit pricey, no gluten free pizza option, No desserts that are vegan and gluten free

Excellent wood fired vegan pizza - Edit
They had 2vegan pizzas with homemade cashew cheese. The crust was awesome as was the taste of the pizza. The vegan "cheese" was more of a runny sauce, but the taste was great. My only con was the raw garlic on the pizza. It was way too strong for my taste but next time I'll just ask to leave it off. The atmosphere was cool and they allow dogs in their outdoor seating.

Visiting the ATL for the holiday weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find Ammazza. The staff was friendly, atmosphere was rustic and fun, but mostly the pizza was fantastic! I would give this place 5 stars if happy cow would allow. Must try!

Great Pie! - Edit
Awesome pizza and staff is generally vegan conscious...ie I ordered a salad and asked for cheese to be left off and the staff informed me that the dressing had dairy in it. The Vegan Picante is our favorite...probably get this once a weeks.

Enjoyable - Edit
The pizza was delicious. I agree with the previous reviewer that the cheeze was more like a sauce than cheese. It was great nonetheless. This restaurant is self-serve so don't feel obligated to leave a tip as they require payment upfront.

The cheez is amazing - Edit
I love a good wood-fired pizza, and Ammazza delivered as promised. Fresh ingredients, and the cashew cheez was an unexpected delight - melty and delicious, and not nearly as salty as Daiya. There are two vegan pies on the menu. Highly recommended.
