Must visit vegan spot in Guadalajara

Easily one of my favorite vegan places in the city! Located inside Jardín Americana, it has a super relaxed vibe where you can walk up, order, and enjoy your meal at the shaded tables. Eating here is always a chill experience, but the food stands far above other options in Guadalajara.

While it’s not gourmet, everything is incredibly fresh, well-balanced, and packed with flavor. Many vegan fast-food places either lean too processed or too homemade, but Amet hits that perfect sweet spot in between satisfying, indulgent, but still thoughtfully made.

The menu itself isn’t exactly coherent in terms of theme. You’d think this variety might make the food inconsistent, but they absolutely nail the flavors of every cuisine they attempt. Whether you’re craving Asian inspired dishes, German street food, or classic comfort food, everything is shockingly well-executed and delicious.

People overuse that word for meh meals, but every bite here is genuinely delightful. They deserve all the praise for their creativity and execution.

Pros: Delicious food , Extremely high value/price ratio, Vibe

Cons: Small fee for reusable containers , No parking
