Treated like a criminal for returning product - Edit
I used to spend at least 200$ + per month at the Thornhill Ambrosia store. I will never return there after being treated like a criminal for returning an item. I won't get into the whole traumatizing story. But beware of this location! I am a Black female and was treated like a criminal for their mistake - the item I tried to return wasn't scanned properly by the cashier, and they made it seem like I stole it from their store, and it was the item I was returning! Why would I steal something and then take it back to the store to return it? It doesn't Make sense. Their customer service is terrible. Although overall Google reviews are good. Look at their low-star Google reviews—I am not the only one who went through this terrible customer service experience.

Lots of Vegan options here. - Edit
A lot of vegan options here, several brands of vegan cheese (I'm a fan of the Earth Island brand), they carry vegan breads (including One Degree Organics), Yves meat alternatives, toffuti ice cream (most toffuti products are vegan, check on their website), soy and almond beverages (Natura).
