Fantastic quality, flavour and service - Edit
Loved this place. Ambiente have a large range of vegan options that includes a great mixture of meat/fish alternatives as well as creative veg dishes. We had vegan calamari with vegan a tasty aioli, vegan 'mince meat' empandas, charcoal grilled green beans with sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts and grilled maple glazes carrots with hummus. Portion sizes were generous, the food was fresh and truly delicious, and the staff were so attentive, helpful and welcoming. The waiter even mentioned that they could adapt some non-vegan dishes on the menu if there was anything I particularly wanted to try. Highly recommend.

Veggie and vegan dishes - Edit
We come here quite a bit. They used to do more vegetable dishes but now have a more dedicated veggie/vegan section which has plant based meatballs, chicken and seafood selections. These are nice but I did like the vegetable section they used to do more of which was less processed.

I forgot to take photos because I was so busy scoffing! There are at least 8 vegan options. The food is delicious. Try the green beans with sun dried tomatoes - my favourite dish and heavenly.

Good and clearly stated vegan options. But most of all amazing Sangria and Sherry 👌🏻! love coming here, especially when the sun is shining on humber Street. Only missing one star as I know other restaurants of the chain offer more vegan options (like York), would be amazing if these were brought to Hull also!

Good range of options on the menu. We had 7 dishes between two and it was plenty. If we’d had bread/nibbles I’d go for 4-5 probably.
Read moreIt’s a little bit on the pricey side as tapas goes but it’s a really smart venue in a great spot near the marina. I’d happily go again - the food was delicious and great service too. It would be brilliant to be there outside in the summer.

Menu clearly marked with vegan options. Lots of choice , and staff are able to suggest vegan options too. Recommend the Patatas bravas, and the roasted cauliflower. We also had the lentil stew, mushrooms in spinach cream & green beans. All delicious
