Amazing vegan waffles! - Edit
I loved the many vegan options, the customer service and the vibe. If you are in Tulum Mexico, and are vegan, you should stop by!

Definitely worth the stop - Edit
I loved that they offer a lot of vegan options and most of the rest can be veganized by request. We tried a Smoothie bowl, the sweet potato hummus with sourdough bread and the quinoa bowl. All were quite good although the hummus was more like a purée albeit very tasty. Definitely worth the visit when in Tulum.

Great Veg/Vegan Selection - Edit
This restaurant is really cute- great decor and menu in both English and Spanish. We just happened upon it when turning off the main road to park for a different restaurant and we saw the Amaranto sign advertising vegetarian food so we stopped here instead! They have an extensive breakfast menu separate from the lunch menu. We had lunch and there was a lot to choose from. My picky eater kids were also able to get fairly plain beans and rice. Our server did not speak English and was not terribly friendly when I spoke in my limited Spanish, but the food was flavorful and we are happy we found this place.

5/5 if I could - Edit
Small well decorated little restaurant off the main road. Great place to go if traveling with non vegan friends. Menu has so many types of juices and smoothies. As well everything on the menu is clearly marked vegan or non. They make their own vegan cheese which was delicious. The menu has a large selection so no matter what you’re in the mood for you will be happy when you leave.

For us this nice little place had the best vegan/vegetarian food in Tulum. It serves yummy juices and I loved the enchiladas and enmoladas. Good price, too and kidsfriendly. We would go any time again. (hope to be back in Tulum one day😃

Excellent casual spot - Edit
Great little spot off the main tourist strip. Has a lot of healthy options. I had a Jugo Supreme, Sopa de Hongos con Guajillo, and the Vegan Tacos. All incredibly delicious. I will say, this spot probably shouldn’t be listed as vegetarian since it serves various meat plates.

Don't Miss This Fabulous Vegan Food - Edit
While this restaurant does have chicken on the menu, I saw no other meats and the majority of dishes are vegan and marked as such. Considerable attention is paid to subtle flavours, quality of ingredients, and presentation.
Read moreWe had the risotto, the tacos, the lasagna, and the stuffed eggplant and loved them all. Dishes are large tapas size. Expect to order an appetizer and entrée to be full if you are used to American-sized portions. The price is fair for the quality.
Both times we dined in this restaurant, unlike anywhere else in Tulum, the chef left the kitchen to check how we liked our meals. We had the impression care is taken and the restaurant is aiming for gourmet standard. All dishes surpassed expectations. The shredded vegan cheese melted and stretched.
Led Zepplin and Pink Floyd were playing in the background during one of our visits. This place is a unique find.
