Vegan and gluten free! - Edit
Amara Kitchen exceeded my expectations with the amount of vegan/gluten free options considering it isn't a fully vegan or vegetarian place. The buckwheat pancakes were fantastic and so were the baked goods. The amara burrito can also be made vegan/gluten free and it's very tasty. Coffee was good and they even offered free refills. The menu is labeled very well with gluten free, gluten free optional, vegan, vegan optional, nut free, nut free optional, dairy free, dairy free optional, and paleo.

Took a walk over to Amara Kitchen for brunch while visiting our niece and her wife.

I settled on the buckwheat pancakes since I’m one who tends to eat cereal during the week because it’s easy. 🥞
The pancakes were served with black berries and a jam on top. Vegan butter and syrup offered on the side. They were fluffy and not too dense and filling, which made for a perfect meal for me.
Being a neighborhood restaurant it filled up quickly but never felt too crowded.
I can see why it’s a local favorite.

Cute Cafe Breakfast Resturant - Edit
The ambience was awesome. So cozy and warmly decorated! I would give it 5 stars if the app would let me. My breakfast sandwich was outstanding. There was something special about it I couldn't put my finger on. It wasn't fully vegan or vegetarian, but none the less the food that was was amazing.

Good atmosphere for brunch or lunch. A few vegan options like a sweet potato quesadilla or pancakes. Pretty busy on weekends, but almost always some seating.
