Alright place

Went here because it was the only open coffee place. I was surprised they had different vegan options, like bagels with hummus or a chili with focaccia bread. However, the big menu didn't have any prices listed. We asked about it and got a small paper one instead, so it's fine. The food was alright, I ordered the chili with focaccia bread. The bread didn't taste or look like focaccia but it tasted fine. But the coffee was so bad i had to throw it out.

Bad service. Low vegan factor

Not many vegan options. The girl that checked me out knew nothing about the food she was selling. The prices were not listed on the posted menu (is this legal?), I didn’t see any printed menus. They do a $3.99 surcharge for using a credit or debit card, for any size order.
The minimum tip option they give on the screen is 12% Given the fact this is essentially a fast order place, and you have to fill your own coffee, this is too high.
Half the bread served was old, which was masked by having it toasted to a crisp.
For all the many options in Big Bear, it should be obvious I won’t be back here.

Cons: No prices listed on menu!, $3.99 surcharge for using a credit or debit card, Few vegan options, not clearly marked.

Limited options, terrible service

We were here during the holiday weekend so it was understandable that our food took a long time to come out. The sandwiches were good, fairly pricy ($15 each). The service was terrible, however, and we will never return. My husband and 6ish other men were waiting to use the restroom for a long time which was locked. Apparently the staff knew the whole time that the key was locked inside and they didn't have a back up. They did not tell the men waiting this, however. My husband really needed to go, and talked to a man who was waiting for his wife to finish up in the woman's. She was the only woman trying to use the woman's restroom. She was ok with my husband entering and quickly using it after her. A staff member walked by as he was finishing and YELLED at him for using the woman's restroom and wouldn't listen when the woman and her husband tired to explain she was OK with him using it quickly since the men's was not available. Later as we finally got our food we could hear the staff members loudly gossiping about my husband and being so rude.

pretty good

The bagels are vegan but they only have avocado, veggies, and hummus. Just be sure to clarify if you get hummus, they accidentally gave us cream cheese. but good atmosphere and nice people.
