Not bad but pricey - Edit
Now out of business and Amoki has moved in. Vegan options are raw tofu. Could use a little work but the sauces are nice.

Delicious, nutritious and fresh bowls - Edit
Make your own poke bowls. Tofu protein option to make vegan. 125 pesos for a decent sized bowl that includes a protein, rice, salad, fresh vegetables, nuts & seeds and a dressing (peanut & coriander is delicious)! Would recommend.
