Schön zum Frühstücken - Edit
Sehr schöne Möglichkeit zum veganen Frühstücken in Erfurt. Es gibt belegte Brötchen, Coissants, Törtchen, Muffins, Kaffee, heiße Schokolade usw.. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich.

Huge supermarket, fully stocked: Wine, cheese (cow milk), tea, spreads, cosmetics, juice, cookies, bread, veggies... 'vegan' usually labeled on actual item by but sometimes vegan & vegetarian quite similarly labeled. Three mins walk f/ central train station in main shopping area / inner city. Store front not flashy, just follow maps.
