A small pure vegetarian Indian restaurant that uses house-made almond oil. Located in a food court where you can watch the dosa being made. Anything can be made vegan if you specify. Gluten free options are clearly labeled; however, vegan are not. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-7:00pm, Fri 11:00am-9:00pm, Sat 11:00am-7:00pm, Sun 11:00am-5:00pm.

Potato filled doa - Edit
The food is pretty good. It’s so awesome that there’s something unique you can get from a food court. I just wish there was more variety such as a mixed vegetable or chana. The only options as far as I’m aware are plain, spicy, potato, and paneer(dairy.)

They make their own almond oil!! - Edit
I am a vegan, but love Indian food. Usually, I try my hardest but it is a bit of a mystery if my dosas have cow lactations in them. At almond dosa, the veil has been lifted. Not only can you watch the gracious owner, cook, and cashier make your dosa, but you can also watch him make the almond oil he is frying it in. He has a clear idea of what vegan is, and that is also something different from the usual culture and language barrier that has caused me to fall off the vegan wagon on a few occasions, especially at Indian restaurants.
