The prettiest restaurant I visited

I want to share a place that until now I haven't been exposed to at all in the vegan community and it's a shame because in my opinion, it's really a rare gem.

We went there to celebrate a friend birthday and the place is just one big treat to the eyes.
The gallery&restaurant operates in a buffet style with vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free offerings (although they also serve fricassee with tuna that commonly mistaken for vegetarian),
in addition, each table receives a pitcher of cranberry juice and a hot drink for each person.

I will mention some of the dish that was presented to us on that day:
A huge variety of salads and you can see that this is their Specialità because every salad we tried was excellent and fresh.

*There is also a large selection of breads, toasts and gluten-free breads

Mains (Unfortunately, this place needs reinforcement in this department, because except for the "Shakshuka", none of the mains were worthy enough to fill the stomach capacity.)
the Vegan shakshuka came with vegetable meatballs in a thick tomato sauce, it doesn't taste like shakshuka but was very tasty dish none the less.
they also had Small gluten-free cauliflower and lentil pastries ( the cauliflower was softer and tastier).
Vegan tofu stir-fry, was very bland and basic, large pieces of tofu mixed with vegetables in a touch of soy sauce.
Tofu rice and vegetables in curry sauce (that was the name of the dish but it didn't seem to have anything to do with what was actually served), the dish had no tofu or the taste of curry sauce, just a number of vegetables that lay too long in the pan and unfortunately completely dried out.
In addition, there was also wild brown rice (with a taste more settled than wild).

now for the desserts, my favorite part and for many others :)
The table was presented with gluten-free vegan malabi (excellent), delicious but very sweet halvah mousse and chocolate balls.
In total, all the desserts are delicious, but the offer is very limited if compared to the huge non-vegan options.
For hot drinks we took coffee and chocolate, they have a large selection of plant-based milk such as soy, oat, etc.
The price of the experience is 120 NIS, and perhaps if it was just for the buffet it would be considered high, but you have to remember that the main attraction is the gallery and the beautiful visual experience to the eyes.

Pros: beautiful aesthetic, buffet with vegan option, grourgues garden with a fountain

Cons: the warm dish could be better, small veration of desserts, no soup or pasta were vegan
