Not vegan!

Was told by the person working there that the beans include lard.

Cons: Not vegan

Best authentic vegan burrito in town

6.99 for an authentic Mexican vegan burrito. I personally think it’s the best one in town. Do not overlook this spot.

Gave me chicken.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla just to support my new local business and they gave me chicken. I told them nicely the error but they were very rude about the mix up. I don’t recommend this place.

As good as back home

I'm from San Diego and I've had a hard time finding Mexican food in the area that is as good as home, but this place really hits the spot. I go here once or twice a week and usually get the vegan burrito or the potato rolled tacos (sometimes with a side of beans). The red sauce is really spicy and the green sauce is milder, both have great flavor. The staff is nice and quick.

Update: sometimes when I get the potato rolled tacos there's a few shreds of cheese on the guac. Once I got a chicken rolled taco mixed in with my order, I double check now. Took a star off for that.. Never had a problem with the vegan burrito or taco.

Pros: Beans are perfect, Hot sauce is great, Vegan mexican rice

Cons: Burritos are wrapped in foil and paper., Paper only is the correct way to wrap a burrito., Got served meat accidentally
