Live the spanish pinxos Witherspoon no meat - Edit
As a tourist, i fond this spot great. The cheff is working hard to make vegan and vegetarian options. Vegan tortillas and vegan croquetas are a must try. Go live the spanish night life with vermuth, cañas and tapas while staying vegan / vegetarian!!! Cheffe was available to explain me how she made them.

Recomiendo. Esta en la zona de pinchos de Pamplona. 5 pinchos veganos, muy buenos todos, los que mas nos gustaron son el de albóndiga vegana ( ración pequeña pero muy buena) y el de tortilla con champiñones (ración bastante generosa)

Que en un bar "carnívoro" de Pamplona haya 5 opciones de pintxos veganos ya es todo un logro, y por eso mis cuatro estrellas. En cuanto al sabor y textura de los pintxos la tortilla es el q más nos gustó. Pero el resto podrían mejorar.

Comimos croquetas, tortilla de patata y albóndigas. Pero también hay patatas bravas, bizcocho… y algún pintxo también. Muy rico y atención super buena y atenta.
