It's not easy to find vegetarian let alone vegan options in Ronda. Al-Zahara is an exception with their options clearly labeled on the English menu (the Spanish menu has no veg labels). The food was great and the waiter very friendly.

Pedimos bissara y pastela vegetal, ambos platos 100% veganos, y los dos platos buenísimos!! Había algunas opciones más, como humus o algunas crepes. Por otro lado, la atención al cliente fue estupenda, la camarera muy amable y atenta. Repetiremos!

Tolles arabisches Restaurant, sehr lecker und günstig! Die Bedienung war sehr frendlich und sprach sehr gut Englisch. Wir hatten Humus als Vorspeise und Cuscus mit Gemüse als Hauptgericht - sehr zu empfehlen!

Muchas opciones veganas. Todo riquísimo, lo mejor la pastela de verduras! Probamos la pastela y el cous cous, que estaban ricos pero saben parecido, por lo que no recomiendo esa combinación, mejor pedir cosas diferentes.

All were healthy, nutricious and flavourful vegan dishes. For drinks we had fresh juices which were delicious and fresh.

Last time when we tried Moroccan food was years ago so we decided to try it during our trip to Ronda. Menu has plenty of vegan options to choose from and most of them were clearly marked. The staff is also knowledgeable and spoke good English. We went with vegetable tagine with couscous, vegetable pastry. The flavours were quite different from our regular food, very flavourful, a mix of spicy, salty and sweet. We loved it.

We had to Wait for over an hour for the Food and it was all extremely salty and did not taste Nice at all. Not one item was good. We had a tabluleh, falafels and hummus.

It was my first time trying Moroccan food. We ate hummus and bissara with bread, couscous vegetable tagine and pastilla. All was vegan and delicious! It was a good first time trying these new flavours. There weren’t a lot of options in Ronda but thanks to that we found this restaurant and got to try something new to us! The restaurant was very cute and the atmosphere was unique.
