Nice to have an option on the menu

I so appreciate that Ajo Pie recently decided to add a vegan pizza to their menu. It is tasty and priced at the same rate as their non-vegan pizzas.

There is also a build-your-own pizza option. All of the veggie toppings are vegan, and the butternut squash in particular is worth going back for. The price of the build-your-own can get hefty, so I'd recommend adding or switching out veggies to the existing vegan pizza on the menu.

I wish Ajo Pie offered a traditional marinara sauce--unfortunately they use butter instead of olive oil.

All in all, it's nice to be able to have a place in town to go out with friends where I can actually eat something and be satisfied!

Pros: Local, Vegan option on the menu, Really good butternut squash

Cons: No marinara sauce, Limited options, Serves meat
