Serves meat, vegan options available. As of Dec 2019, there are no all-vegan or vegetarian restaurants in this city. This restaurant has two menu pages dedicated to vegetarian/vegan choices. The owner speaks good English and fully understands the concept, e.g. that chicken stock would make a dish not vegetarian/vegan. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-11:00pm.

Delicious vegetable rice

If you are looking for a tasteful vegan option in Restaurant Aisha, the vegetable rice is a good option. It is a tajine dish of spicy rice with vegetables.

Pros: Cozy atmosphere., Very nice staff., Delicious vegetable rice.

Watch out, food poisoning!

Watch out. This place gave both me and my marrocan friend really bad food poisoning that lasted for days.

Local restaurant, delicious food

This was a cute little restaurant tucked away in the Medina but easy to find with Google maps (as Aisha) and a few signs dotted along the walls to help track it down. Once inside it's just a single room that was very homely, and I can imagine a great atmosphere once full (we we're first in, in need of food after a day of traveling). The food was delicious, there are a few vegan options available and after a day of driving and incidentally joining the locals in fasting for Ramadan we decided to try each of them; harira soup, green salad, vegetable tagine, vegetable rice and vegetable sweet and sour couscous (my favourite). All delicious and very well priced, would highly recommend!
