Open air cafe in the middle of the Coler Preserve. Suitable to stop at while camping in the park or while out on a mountain bike ride. Has non-dairy milk for coffee and a small menu with vegan tacos. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-6:00pm.
We came for a light dinner after parking on the south side and walking the Applegate Trail to Airship. The spot is open air with plenty of seating inside and outside. There are swings, tables, and chairs. We ate the vegan tacos with a mild salsa and they were delicious. I had the kombucha and my husband had the green machine smoothie, both were refreshing. Highly recommend this breezy spot about a mile walk from either parking lot. Bicycles welcome. They have a nice coffee menu too with oat milk.
