Tasty food, not much choice - Edit
The vegan ravioli was very tasty with a rich tomato filling and a potato sauce which was surprising. There was only one labelled vegan option and then they could change salad but said best option was the ravioli.

Great location, delicious food - Edit
Had a lovely lunch at Agua. Assume the menu has changed since other users went as there are several named 'vegan' options on the menu including a burger and salads. The salad I had (can't remember the name but had hummus and pita and other bits) was delicious. The service was excellent, the location is beautiful and the cocktails were great. It is a bit more expensive than other places but the location and the fact it markets itself as a little more upscale make this unsurprising. I would have liked more labelling using v/ve symbols as some options did need to be clarified, but staff were very knowledgeable. The focaccia served after ordering was delicious.

Cons: Pricey (welcome to CI), Could do better with labelling

Limited options - Edit
Was quite excited to have the jack fruit taco but sadly it’s not offered anymore. They did prepare something special for me - variation on the shrimp Saltado

Less vegan options than before, still very expensive - Edit
We ate at Agua when they were in a different location in 2016 and I was so impressed that there was a separate vegan menu. They changed that and they now have a separate vegetarian menu with a few vegan options (not nearly as impressive to me as three years ago.) The vegan options are interesting, for example, a vegan ceviche. They were quick to tell me they used a common fryer so anything fried would be fried in the same oil as non-vegan food. I ordered the vegan saltado. It was good, but not fantastic, yet rather expensive. The wait staff was very nice and attentive. If you want a very fancy vegan meal in an upscale restaurant, this is a good place. If you are just looking for a good vegan meal but don't need the upscale atmosphere and price, I would recommend Vivo.

Wouldn’t bother - Edit
Separate vegetarian menu but very little vegan. Got the sweet potato noodle saltado which was a rice noodle a few veggies and I’m sure it contained butter

Separate Vegetarian / Vegan menu - Edit
The new location is at Camana Bay. Couple of vegan options but they were great. The stir fry was amazing. Would go back for sure.

Separate Vegetarian and Vegan menus - Edit
My fish-eating friend and I (vegan at home, vegetarian elsewhere) ate here for lunch. The menu had a wide selection of meat/fish, vegetarian, and vegan dishes and the food was excellent. I would have liked to return for another, more leisurely, meal, but there were too many good choices on the island. :)

Cons: Pricey, but par for the course in the Caymans

Great meal and dining experience - Edit
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Agua. Service was attentive and we enjoyed the atmosphere and food very much. This was the only more "fine dining" meal we had on the island. I appreciated that there were vegan options for me to select from. I had a wonderful salad and the vegan paella. The portions were quite generous, so we were able to take part of our meal home (we were staying at a condo w/ a kitchen) and have the rest for lunch the next day. Overall, an excellent dining experience.

Ate at Agua twice - Edit
This was a great find and we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It is great to be offered a separate vegan menu. I had the Vegan Stir Fry and while it sounds ordinary it had an excellent taste. The second visit, I had the Penne Primevera and it had an excellent sauce. I found it interesting that the staff remembered us from our first visit. The restaurant was a short walk from our hotel - The Comfort Suites.

Great dinner at Agua - Edit
We recently had dinner at Agua and loved it. Agua has a separate vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu (check out via their website). As a vegan, this was the best food I had on the island - in fact, I had the best mushroom truffle oil risotto of my life! My husband, who is not a vegan, enjoyed his food equally and thought it was the best we had during our stay on Grand Cayman.

Pros: Vegan, vegetarian & gluten free , Nice setting, Good service
Cons: Some road noise, Not cheap
