Delicious - delizioso! - Edit
Thanks to the previous review we booked here a couple of days in advance and we had a delicious dinner with a couple of options for second course and dessert.
Read moreThe apertizer was really good, we particularly loved the giardiniera, the pinsa di patate and the caramelized onions. Then we had spätzle, the dish we loved the most. As a second course we tri ed both the polenta with mushrooms and the polpette with beetroot and ginger. They were both good, but not great. The dessert instead was very good! We had a fruit strudel and an apple fagottino, both with a delicious warm raspberry sauce. I forgot to take pictures, but I do recommend this place to other vegans travelling in Trentino 😊

Unfortunately Trentino is not a very vegan friendly region.
