Great tasting food, one of the best restaurants we ate at in Ecuador so far. Loved the fried tofu ceviche and tacos (had one of each option). Would recommend.

Read moreThe limonada con coco y menta is one of the tastiest drinks that I have ever had in my life. The fact that it was blended with a bit of ice was a pleasant surprise.
The hummus was unique and tasty with a bit of peanut oil and pesto on top.
The ceviche with crispy tofu was as pretty as it was delicious. Wow!!!! I ordered it with the patacones which were served warm. I greatly enjoyed the contrast of warm and cool.
The server was sweet and helpful, guiding me to the wifi and the qr code for the menu right away. I appreciate not having to ask for it.
Pros: There are A/C units and a fan, The staff is friendly and efficient, beautiful art & books from the whole world

First time I had vegan ceviche stir fried tofu and vegan moro costeño. Never ate anything like that before. Delicious and unique. Had a nice chat with the chef, too. Lovely experience and I absolutely recommend it. ❤️

Went for lunch and had the 5 tacos for $15. Mixed up the fillings - eggplant, falafel and cauliflower. You have to tell them you are vegan so they use the egg free mayonnaise.

It has been challenging finding places to eat on the island, then we came upon Agave and think we will eat here every night. Several vegan options, such great taste and large portions. Just the type of food you need after hours in the sun adventuring. The chef even came out to make sure we loved our meal. #Veganuary

Best food on the island - Edit
I've come for the vegan ceviche twice, it is so so good. After having 4-5 different types, none come close to this. The vegan options do not feel like an after thought, they are curated so beautifully. Will definitely be back for the cauliflower and falafel tacos.

...the headline says it all. We were amazed about the many different flavours of each dish and the plates were beautifully decorated. They made us the best vegan ceviche we ever had. I'm sure you won't be disappointed because also their staff is incredibly kind and delivers an outstanding and fast service.

Good choice in Puerto Ayora - Edit
Lovely restaurant situated on a quiet back street short walk away from the main street. Friendly owner. Menu in general is quite short and vegan options were thus also limited. Nevertheless, enough for one dinner. We shared the vegan ceviche and had 3 tacos each (cauliflower, eggplant, falafel). The tacos were essentially vegan tacos baja (main ingredient was deep fried) with more special toppings and sauce. The taco shells were made in house and thus fresh and tasty. They also provided extra chili to spice things up (on request).
Read moreWe were in general satisfied. It might have even been our favorite dinner in Puerto Ayora. Only downside for us was that all the dishes had some deep fried elements (we would have preferred fresh veggies instead).
