Excellent meal - Edit
Driving through this area we planned to stop at a different Ethiopian restaurant. Unfortunately, that place is permanently closed said a local walking his dog. He pointed to the covered windows. Fortunately, he said “I am Ethiopian and there is a better Ethiopian place just around the corner.” Sure enough, it was a great recommendation.

We had the huge Sambussa pastry which came with a small pile of dressed, sliced Romaine lettuce. The pastry was hot and bursting with lentils. I did not see any spinach. We split a selection of six sides. These were served in scoops on a large circle of Injera bread. More bread was served on the side. We ate the traditional way by tearing off pieces of bread and scooping up the food to eat.
Service was friendly and food was good.
