Unique, but expensive

Has cashew cheese, but due to the labor issues of cashews, I would rather them use another nut. They don't add fake meat to their products, like ceviche, which is cool - the less the reminder of meat, the better. It's just not filling, but is refreshing.

Pros: unique, all vegan, represents veganism at the farmer's market

Cons: expensive
