Serves meat, vegan options available. After the hapless fire that consumed their former "oca" the South African owners decided to build a buffet-style with an Indian-based menu, without losing original references to the autoctonous culture of Brazilian. Buffet dishes are labeled which help vegans and diners with food allergy. Open Tue-Fri 11:30am-3:00pm, Sat-Sun 12:00pm-3:30pm.

Exotic options, interesting fusion - Edit
I choose A Tribo when I want more exotic dishes. Although they serve some Brazilian options in their buffet line, like farofa, acarajé, and creme de milho, they tend to blend spices and techniques. The South African owners have experience with native Brazilian and Indian cuisines, which results in exotic yet strangely familiar tastes. They have many gluten and sugar-free options for desserts, and a salad bar with cold dishes like raw pesto pasta, tabouleh, and mustard-marinated cucumbers. For hot dishes, I especially recommend their lentils/dal, sweet-sour tofu, creme de milho, and quiches. Great juices too!

Cons: Slightly pricey (R$ 55/kg), Repeats dishes weekly
