Cheap, tasty, and they have a cat

Had the signature Banh mi and the Vietnamese spring rolls, all of which where freshly made and very tasty. Though even I got here when they just opened, they immediately got super busy as lots of people seemed to order early take away lunch for their companies, so had to wait a bit longer than expected.
