Delicious! - Edit

Fun cafe vibes with the BEST vegan brunch I've had. So tasty and affordable. I only wish that there was one in Illinois where I live. I would eat there all time if I could. Highly recommend.

They are open inside of Market on South now, and are the sister company of Vegan Scoops. I left my review for them on the Scoops page too. The most amazing vegan Cuban food and brunch. I have no idea how they make the food so good but WOW!!!

4.5 | Sunny side up eggs! - Edit

I had amazing and flavorful avocado toast today. They have gluten free or seeded bread options. The sunny side up “egg” on top is the most delicious imitation egg I’ve had and the “bacon” pieces are out of this world. I’m dying to know how they make it. The texture is incredible and it tastes exactly like the real thing- how do they do that? Seriously, if you know, hmu.

The only thing that put on a damper on the experience was ordering. I’ve been twice and each time the person taking our order feels like they’re rushing us along, which is uncomfortable because the menu is extensive and pretty badly designed, so to figure out what is what, it takes a second to read over 🤷‍♀️.

Can’t beat that it’s connected to coffee and ice cream. The coffee side customer service is excellent!

The food is outstanding, unique and absolutely worth a trip out of the way 🍳🥑☕️

Amazing vegan brunch - Edit

Ordered while A Lo Vegano was at the Main House on Tuesday. Ordered the Pick two with two sunny side up eggs, and choice of two sides: Half waffle, toast or two hash browns. I picked the waffle and the hashbrowns with strawberries and syrup to go with the waffle.

Absolutely delicious! Hashbrowns were nice and crispy outside and soft in the center, well seasoned. The yolk from the eggs were unreal so yoke like in flavor and richness. I have had these eggs before but it was on a sandwich. They are amazing on its own too. I loved eating the hashbrown with the egg and some maple syrup for that rich, creamy and sweet perfect bite. Waffle was nice with a nice vanilla flavor. Everything paired nicely ♡
