Un oasis nun pobo onde nin supermercado te salvará

Despois de visitar o Ecomuseo Forno do Forte, as persoas coas que estabamos decidiron improvisar un xantar na praia.

Nin España, e moito menos Galicia, son lugares onde improvisar un xantar vegano, e Buño non é unha excepción: despois de visitar o pequeno supermercado local pouco menos que nos resignabamos a comer bocadillos de pan, tomate e olivas.

Grazas a Happy Cow, fixemos este descubrimento! Salvounos o día!

Pedimos os catro pratos veganos, para levar: unhas deliciosas verduras grelladas con mollo de hummus, unha gran hamburguesa con abundantes vexetais e patacas, un exquisito bocata de tofu con abacate, e un riquísimos fideos ao wok con verduras.

Non só desfrutamos dun xantar excelente, senón que ademais non resultou caro en absoluto!!

Recoméndoo sen dúbida algunha.

Unexpected find in Buno

Very good local restaurant. Mostly typical Spanish meat/fish but with a variety of vegan options. Waitress was vegan and very helpful.

Pros: Excellent cooking, Knowledgeable friendly staff
