Vegan options- pleasant surprise

Finding a vegan thing on the menu in Galicia is quite rare so I was very excited when I found out they have a vegan option available. Burger was juicy, it came with vegan carrot alioli and fries but the flavors weren't as rich as they could be. Needs some improvements before I could say that it was great.
