Nice place to hang out and visit with friends - Edit
I expected your basic pub food. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was creative, tasty. The staff was very good. The wait was a bit long but that was fine, as we're looking for a place to sit and chat.

Small selection but good quality - Edit
We tried the garden burger, which was delicious. Limited number of vegan dishes, but what we tried was good. The staff is awesome, even on a busy night. If you're a craft beer lover, definitely go here.

Can manage a vegan meal, but nothing special - Edit
While the other review on this site mentions an explicitly marked vegan sandwich and a tofu dish, neither of these were present on the menu during my visit this evening.
Read moreI tried to order the veggie burger, but the waitress informed me that neither the default bun nor the gluten-free bun they have are vegan, so I was stuck with a plain patty. Veggies that were supposed to be on the burger were instead on the side as a sort of undressed salad, and it came with fries. While the meal was fine to eat, it really wasn’t much of an improvement from just French fries and a garden salad with a vegan patty thrown on the side. Nothing fancy, but works as a place to get a bite if in a pinch. I’d try to find somewhere else in Coos Bay for a good vegan meal.
7 Devils needs to improve vegan labelling and needs to provide options that don’t require modifications to order. I was disappointed with the selection available and the plainness of my food. Definitely needs substantial improvement on this front, which is why I could only give 1 star. I very much wish their menu still had the explicitly vegan items mentioned in the other review.
Pros: Local craft beers, Great waterfront views, Friendly staff
Cons: No explicitly vegan options, Modifications required, Plain food
