Perfect for hungry wasafiri!

They were very helpful with finding vegan options, we were both completely stuffed for only a little more than 20.000 shillings. Would definitely use this place again :)

Pros: Lots of vegan options

Cons: Some of their food is only served from 18:00

Vegan dosa and thali

We went here twice and had a dosa and thali. For the thali just ask if you can replace the included lassi for another drink. No problem. The dosa is so good! Just like in India. They don't use ghee for the Masala dosa. The mysore dosa is nice and spicy as it should be.

Ok

This is a casual Indian eatery, and it's ok. I'm Indian-American so my standards are fairly high so take my review with a grain of salt. My paper masala dosa wasn't as thin as it should be, and I felt like all the chutneys and dal felt a bit prepared. All of the mittai (dessert) looked very fresh however though I didn't try it. It's also not particularly friendly. On the flip side, it's relatively inexpensive. I wouldn't necessarily try hard to get to this place, but it's okay just the same.

Pros: Inexpensive, Variety

Cons: Quality is ok

Delicious food and big menu!

This place is great; clean and friendly. The only downside is that the menu has a large list of North and South Indian dishes which will only be familiar to other Indians. A menu with pictures or descriptions would be certain to increase business! Definitely a great to place to visit if you're in Dar.

I went to eat there a few times and tryed several dishes and they was everytime very nice.
The staff was sometimes a bit unattending.

great for indian confectionary

The place is in the (indian) heart of Dar. The choice of (indian) pastry is endless. Unmissable.
