Changing menu, always has vegan options - Edit
The menu at Four Pines changes regularly (it’s my local pub so I’ve seen a few variations over the years) but don’t fret, it always has several vegan options and the menu will be updated on their website.
Read morePlease note as of May 2024, they no longer serve the vegan burger that can be seen in the photos but the new vegan options are great too and it wouldn’t surprise me if the vegan burger would make a return as they regularly change their menu.
The food is a mix of pub classics and fusion dishes. The food is very tasty and the chef likes to experiment and asks for feedback about the menu of the day. The staff are very accomodating, super friendly and understand what vegan means.
They serve their own craft beer (Four Pines is a brewery with multiple venues on the Northern Beaches) and the wine is good too including a couple of organic options.
They have regular live bands, not only on weekends and trivia on Tuesdays. They play sports if that’s your thing and the atmosphere is great. The staff is young and you can tell they love working there, always up for a bit of banter and a laugh.
It’s a great pub, reasonably priced and I can highly recommend it! Definitely the best pub at the far Northern Beaches.

Great beer, one vegan burger - Edit
Considering a few of the other breweries (of which there are many now) do great vegan options, I’m surprised they only have one vegan burger, and the chips come automatically with cream aioli.

Of course, you go for the beer - and there’s a good range of great beer on tap.

Love a good pub meal and 4 pines hit the stop. Vegan burger was nice, not great, but the Poke Bowl was the standout dish here. It was delicious. Recommended 4 pines if you are in the area.

Not a super exciting burger but it’s good value with chips. I did enjoy the relish/hummus/avo combo though. 4 pines beers 👌 as always
