Perfect Day animal free dairy ice cream using precision fermentation - Edit
Graeter's has partnered with Perfect Day which is a really cool company using microbes and precision fermentation to create animal-free whey protein. Because of this, the vegan ice cream tastes almost identical to the non-vegan versions! It's a super cool process. They have a few flavors you can get by the scoop (cookies and cream and black cherry chip), and a few others you can buy in pints (Madagascar vanilla and black raspberry chip). They also have fruity sorbets if that's more your style.
