Gemütliches Cafe

Das Konzept Katzenkaffe mit Huskies. Leider war es sehr voll und dadurch, dass es nur einen Ein- und Ausgang an der Kasse vorbei gibt hat sich alles gestaut. Das Konzept war für die Menge an Menschen leider nicht durchdacht genug. Und raussetzen wird halt auch schwierig, wenn man sich mit Teller und Tasse in der Hand erstmal die Schuhe wieder anziehen muss.

Der roh-vegane Kuchen und der Kaffe mit Hafermilch waren sehr lecker.

Pros: Gemütliche Einrichtung, Liebe Hunde, Gutes Essen, leckerer Kaffe

Cons: Wenig Platz

Oat milk is the default!!!

So cool to be at a place where all the drinks use oat milk and you have to pay extra for cow milk!!!
Delicious vegan tomato soup and a few vegan desert options. Also adorable huskies😄

Sehr gut

Das Café ist schön und gemütlich.
Es gab einen veganen Kuchen und als Tagesgericht eine warme Suppe. Beides war sehr lecker.

Do they know what vegan means?

I asked if the tea they have are vegan, they said yes to later say that they have around 2% milk powder. So not vegan. I did not end up ordering from here, since they did not seem to understand that it is not vegan even if it only has a little milk.

Enjoyable but objectively not a vegan establishment?

Firstly, the positives: very cosy vibes with options of a vegan sandwich, energy balls and a raw slice. The huskies are adorable too.

The questions: having said that, how can it be possible to rate this five stars when it's not a fully vegan restaurant / café? Moreover, a shop which has an animal as its central marketing piece (irrespective of whether it's a pet or how well it's treated) seems to suggest a disconnect, no? Dead / historic animal pieces in other restaurants are a no (and yes, whales are a no, and particularly when on the menu in various forms) but live animals (and query whether huskies are exotic animals) are totally chill because they're cute? Just so that I'm clear where the line is.

Cosy cafe, vegan poke and huskies!

I came here everyday! This place is beyond cozy. They have delish hot chocolate and chai lattes (they only use oat milk!), vegan cake and vegan poke bowl (made chickpeas, veggies and lots of vegan mayo) and the friendliest service, including two sweet huskies.

Friendly plus sled dogs

This small coffee shop and cafe is a great place to stop and get coffee and more. The coffee and food are great. Plus, it has some retired sled dogs running around for you to pet and get to know. (The dogs are trained not to share your food.)

Very cosy cafe

A great cafe for the atmosphere but not so good for food options. Coffee is good, incredible variety of teas, but very limited vegan food options.

Raw vegan chocolate slice.
Vegan poke bowl.
I heard there were vegan sandwiches but I went there regularly and did not find any.

Cute pups. The owner adopts them from the husky sledding companies and they work rotating shifts in the cafe so they don't get too fatigued.

Nice but pricey

While the dogs are a great bonus, it definitely seems to contribute to relatively high prices. Nice that they offer several vegan options though!

Cozy times with cuddly dogs

Cozy atmosphere, partly made possible by the incredibly sweet dogs. Friendly staff and good food.
Spend some time relaxing by playing games, looking at the souvenirs, cuddling the dogs, or just absorbing it all!

Pros: Delicious hot beverages, Tasty snacks

Cons: On the expensive side
