only making buddy bowls now and a few baked goods

Only making ok buddy bowls, and salads with a few baked goods. Clientele doesn't support vegan options so they have been removed from menu.

Pros: Buddha bowl was ok, Baked goods in self service refrigerator

Cons: Not any more vegan options, Removed from menu

Best local vegan option!

Hands down, I love this place. The "grab and go" or "sit and stay" option is convenient and inviting. The interior of the store is welcoming and has a fun vibe to it. On top of offering great food, they focus on eco-friendly preparation and sustainability by offering compostable to-go containers and easy-to-recycle clean-up. They source all food from local farmers to the area, which I truly admire. In addition, they have a rotating menu and offer new healthy foods each day, in accompany with their homemade vegan dessert options! I will continue to frequent this place as often as possible- I truly love what they're doing!

Innovative offerings with an emphasis on healthy

This restaurant was 3 weeks new when we visited, but ran like they'd be in business for awhile, meaning no glitches. The business was established by a wife-and-husband team; the wife has formal education in nutrition. There is space in the restaurant that the owners hope to provide demonstrations with this emphasis on nutrition.
Meanwhile the food - all desserts - that we sampled was delicious. A baker comes in and make all the desserts on site. They are all gluten free, and most were vegan including an oatmeal cookie and Rice Krispie. For the coffee, the owner offered several plant-based milks to add, should we have wanted that. We did not partake in the menu options that day, but they looked delicious: stuffed sweet potatoes, carrot-ginger soup, masoor dal; even a vegan baguette.
The location is north of the town's historic square on a side street. Every inch of the place is renovated and reflects careful thinking and beauty.

Pros: Delicous food, Unique tastes, Owners knowledgeable about vegan ingredients
