amazing healthy eats! closing permanently december 10 so support while you can! - Edit
order at the front, they bring to table. i will always get french toast if they have it and this one did not disappoint. it was so flavorful and the coconut whip made it even better. delicious. biscuits and groovy was good, i didn’t love the gravy, it was flavorless, but my hubby ate all of it and enjoyed it. came with potatoes and fried chx and both were really good. the biscuit was amazing. friendly and helpful staff! truthful about their opinions on their food, both servers at the time didn’t recommend their cream of broccoli and i wholeheartedly trust that. they recommended everything else we got though and it was so amazing. we also got pretzel bites that were magnificent. served with a delicious agave mustard. we will most definitely be back
Read moreupdate: they let me order the raw alfredo with spiral noodles instead of zoodles! comes cold, it was so fresh and delicious! hubby got the buffalo cauli wrap that was also really good, not very spicy though. straw basil lem was a lot better than the pinneaple lem in our opinion! food came out quick. all pastries have been delicious as well. honorable mention: salted caramel cookie and cookie dough cups
they will be closing permanently december 10th this year so support while you can!!!

Was excited for this place but disappointed - Edit
Reviews looked good. Visited for dinner, had the street tacos which were ok. carnival enchiladas which were good. Mac and trees which tasted like baby food, no seasoning- to the extent I had to ask for salt and pepper to make it edible for my 5 year old.
Read moreOutdoor seating was a mess, our table were wonky, and our drinks spilled a couple of times from the tables not being even. Eventually we put some tissues under the legs to even it out. Staff did not clean the dirty tables surrounding us and there were at least 4 people working. We were the only ones eating outside. No, this was not a good experience for us.
Pros: Good vegan options
Cons: One of our dishes lacked flavor and seasoning, Outdoor eating area was dirty , Attention to cleaning was needed

Great baked goods - Edit
They always have amazing baked goods & sweets, with a decent variety and gluten free options. The owner is really nice and receptive to feedback. Great food as well and I appreciate the fusion of cuisine types they offer.

Dissatisfied - Edit
My wife and I have been coming here once a month for over a year and the service and food has been great.... Until today, when we came in. When we came up to order we were asked "what do you want?" when we are usually greeted smile and told what the specials for food and drink are. We proceeded to order and asked for the Artichoke dip and the lady taking our order respond sharply and very aggressively that they didn't have any and did not provide any suggestions in its place. When she delivered our Strawberry Basil Limeades no smile and slammed the drinks on the table saying "here you go" and stormed off. This was a very dissatisfied time and we are unsure if we will be returning which is very sad to say since we love everything 24 Carrots stands for and does.

Vegan with lots of GF options - Edit
@24carrots has a great menu featuring all vegan dishes, including some raw vegan meals. I had plenty of gluten free options to choose from, and it was nice to see that some of the regular items could easily be prepared to be gluten free. 🤗 I ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap on a gluten free tortilla. The sauce was so tasty, but a bit too spicy for me (Dan really liked it). Isabel had a Sonoran Dog, which is a seitan hot dog and she enjoyed it. Dan ordered a Sweet Potato Cuban, and found it delicious (although a little hard to eat as it fell apart a bit). For dessert, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had gluten free options. 🤔 We couldn’t decide so we got two, a piece of carrot cake and a chocolate brownie. Both were so yummy, but I think the brownie won out. The flavor was great and it was chewy, while the carrot cake had a wonderful flavor it was a little dry. Next time, we’ll have to all try something different, although we’re secretly hoping they still have brownies. 😉

Cons: not a ton of picky eater / kid friendly options, lentil soup tasted burnt like the bottom of pot, Where's Waldo was too easy to find

So happy it exists - Edit
I’ve sampled some of their items at PHX Vegan Fest the last couple years, but I finally had a chance to come by the shop and was very impressed. I had the Nashville Hot Chik’n sandwich and it completely delivered. Their menu selection is wonderful and I can’t wait to take my partner here the next time I make it out to Tempe!

I enjoy this place for it’s close to my home compared to other vegan restaurants. I enjoy that they have seasonal meals which are fun to try. They are a bit pricey but the food is really good, providing different types of food. It gets busy so you have to sometimes wait for seating, but that’s a good thing!

It was ok - Edit
I was very excited to go here, but I was a little disappointed. I got the cheeze steak sandwich and it was more like a barbecue sandwich with too much sauce and not enough filling. Some of the other dishes looked really good though. I will try the enchiladas if I go back, or the burger.

Light fair - Edit
This is definitely along the more health vegan type of restaurants. This would be a great option for GF or raw vegans. It’s also good for a light lunch. I wouldn’t say I left feeling full or satiated. I had the Mac n Trees. The sauce was pretty good. I would still say it was a light meal. I prefer baked Mac n Cheese and this is noodles in a cheese sauce. If I was in the area, I would definitely come back, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

Delicious Food - Edit
I bookended a recent trip to Arizona with meals here. It's fairly close to the airport, so it was a great choice.
Read moreBreakfast on my way in was an incredibly delicious cauliflower scramble and my dinner on the way out was mac & trees. Both were yummy and well-prepared.
My only criticism is that I ordered something from their dessert case to take with me on my first trip in and I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for it. That was very odd to me. Usually that sort of thing is grabbed right away. I wanted to hit the road and wouldn't have ordered it if I knew I would be made to wait so long. Hardly the kind of thing that would keep me away, but I would suggest they think about how they handle such things in the future.
The staff was incredibly friendly on both of my trips and very helpful with suggestions and opinions, which I always appreciate.
Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Phoenix/Tempe area!
Pros: Yummy Food, Great Staff, Fully Veg!
Cons: Slow grab & go service

Bland, expensive, bad service - Edit
I’ve been here several times. Each time I try something new hoping I’ll like it. Nope. It’s bland, boring and most items are very small servings or have a much “filler” like a thick bottom layer of spinach under Mac and cheese so the bowl looks more full.
Read morePrices are reasonable for organic vegan food... but not for the quantity and taste.
Customer service needs work. I walked in and they acted like I ruined heir break. No greeting or welcome. Just a huff and puff to stand behind the register to wait for me to make my selection.
I WANT to like this place. Been several times over the past 4 years. I just can’t make it happen.

Good enough - Edit
I was so looking forward to the enchiladas but when I got there they were sold out. They said it happens all the time because they are so popular. If that's the case, make more! I ended up with mac and cheese. At first, it looked like a good sized bowl. Nope, 1/3 of the bowl was raw spinach at the bottom. Why? It tasted okay but needed more sauce and seasoning...like salt. The chai was very strong, over steeped and bitter. In all, I spent over $25 for lunch, chai and dessert and was still hungry.
Read morePros: Great dessert. Very nice people working there.
Cons: Expensive for the portion size.
