Amazing pizzas - Edit
Just happened to stumble across this gem of a pizza parlor while doing the tourist thing in Philadelphia. At least 6 vegan pies to choose from to have a slice. Very reasonably priced and super tasty.

Delicious thin crust pizza by the slice! - Edit
I stopped to get a slice after visiting the Mutter Museum, and was not disappointed! It was thin, crispy, cheesy, tasty. If I was staying in Philly longer I would have been back to try more varieties, other menu items, or order a whole pizza. Happy pizza lover here! I hope to come back sometime while in the area 💚

When people ask me what I most miss about being vegan, I often mention pizza parlor slices. Yes, there are lots of good vegan pizzas and flatbreads out there, but until now I haven't been able to find one that reminds me of the pizza of my youth.
Read moreI was so happy to try 20th Street for the first time recently, and finally get that old school slice feeling. We tried the cheese pizza with half pepperoni. I was especially impress with the crust. They also had some more artisan styles that we didn't try, but they looked good. To be honest though, I will probably keep getting the plain cheese. It was that good.
In addition, they have one of favorite soda brands, Maine Root and their freshly made Rocky Road and Peanut Butter cookies hit the spot.

We ordered the veggie pizza for takeout and it's absolutely scrumptious. 😋 Overflowing with delicious vegetables, including yummy artichokes, as well as a cashew cheese base. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

truly the best pizza i think i’ve ever had!!!! the dough is perfectly fluffy but also crispy, it doesn’t taste overly oily or heavy, and the vegan cheeses are amazing!!! also the garlic knots were AMAZING too!!! i will be back!

Amazing crust, fresh and unique toppings, and of course 100% vegan! The haymaker has become a favorite. It is so simple, but extremely satisfying. The non-vegans in our lives are constantly asking if we can get this pizza.

I’ve had pizza before. I’ve had really good pizza before. I know where to get pizza when I am in Brooklyn. I know where to get pizza when I am near Rockville Center. Now I know where to get pizza when I am in Philadelphia. Wow! This pizza place blew away my expectations. The pizza was phenomenal. The size, the crunch, the flavor! I will most likely try every pizza they have on the menu at some point. The garlic knots were tasty, crunchy, and warm when I got them. The grandma pizza was fabulous. The haymaker pizza was even better. Thrilled I found this place. A must do every time I am in Philly and want pizza!

Quite Possibly the Best Vegan Pizza - Edit
I recently visited Philly and was so excited to see 20th Street Pizza had vegan pizza by the slice! I tried the white pizza, the pepperoni, and the mushroom pizza. My favorite was the white, my boyfriends was the mushroom, but all were fantastic. My boyfriend is back in Philly and I told him not to come back to DC unless he brings me some slices! Wish I had a place like this near me.

We loved eating here. You can get slices or you can get a whole pizza. Even if you are not vegan, the pizza is very good and you can get it with toppings.

Best pizza I've had in years and I'm from a place BOOMING with Italian influence and pizza places. Two staff members I interacted with were warm and kind. Indoor seating in the back too! The ice cream sandwich had delicious rich chocolate ice cream and home made style buttery chocolate chip cookies. I also think this is an LGBTQIA friendly space as they offer all-gender restrooms. Would absolutely recommend and I would go here again!

This was our first night on a Philadelphia vacation - picking up a pizza, a salad, and some garlic knots to take back to our hotel. The pizza was cold by the time we got there, unfortunately, but it was still delicious. The garlic knots are incredible. The salad was quite salty, but my dad likes them that way anyway.

Tried the Grandma Pizza and the Hot Potato and they were both delicious. The sour dough crust was chewy and luscious. The Pee Wee’s ice cream was also delicious. Highly recommend this spot.
