Vegan versions of local cuisine - Edit
We had the vegan Tagliata which tasted fantastic, and was a meal that I have not seen anywhere else in Ticino as a vegan version. The favourite dish though were the pistacchio gnocchi - perfectly balanced flavours and so so moreish!

Grotto tessinois typique avec plein de choix vegans originaux - Edit
5 plats principaux typiques vegan. On a essayé le steak Robespierre et le tartare et c’était vraiment délicieux. Les portions sont généreuses et le service est super ! C’est vraiment une super adresse pour manger local !

They currently have four vegan main dishes (tagliata, tatar, non-chicken and gnocchi). Can't judge the quality because I just passed by, but the location is fantastic.

Used to be nice but we recently had Bad expérience with staff Not even trying to explain whats inside the vegan dishes and spoke very rudely to us. The non pollo is just nuggest but the tartare was quite interesting. We will Not come back due to their terrible staff and no crazy vegan options. Used to be nice… rip.

Expensive and small servings - Edit
For that the vegan dishes was simply Beyond Meat with fries and zucchinni salad, it was very expensive. We had not reserved and we had the feeling that we were not very welcome

Occasione sprecata.
Adesso non c'è nemmeno più il cuoco...
Lascio comunque la vecchia recensione perché mi sembra giusti verso chi aveva fatto tanto, sperando di ritrovarlo presto in qualche altro posto.
Non è un ristorante vegan, ma la sensibilità del cuoco fa si che ci siano un sacco di opzioni! In realtà un vero e proprio menu specifico senza prodotti di derivazione animale!
Ho mangiato l'insalata dell'Ale e l'ho trovata super!
Abbondante e buonissima, così come il tiramisu vegan e di sapore e consistenza pazzeschi
