My favorite place in Bellinzona - Edit
The outdoor tables have a nice view of the old castle fort. All pizzas can have vegan cheese. There is also a menu of several veg items. The tofu dish was unique, with a texture like ricotta. The vegan eggplant mozzarella is wonderful: soft breading on the inside and crispy on the outside.

There are both restaurants with more vegan food and with a nicer venue. However if those are unavailable or you like a change, this one has a decent range of vegan options and a decent place.
