They understand vegan and italian food - Edit
The chef personally came to talk to us to reassure us he knows perfectly what vegan means and that he had been working on great vegan alternatives. We ordered an arriabata pasta, a stuffed aubergine and a freshly baked bread basket, everything was delicious!
